MY PROJECT

In the reverse engineering of systems, dynamic input perturbations are an important tool across various disciplines. In my PhD project I am developing novel methods to design and apply optimal perturbations to make live cell experiments more informative for a systems level analysis. This includes methods for designing temporal input sequences and data analysis, mainly using Bayesian methods, as well as the development of novel micro-fluidic devices to study signaling pathways.

I am a PhD student in Heinz Koeppl's BISON Group at the Automatic Control Laboratory and the Group of Matthias Peter at the Institute of Biochemistry at ETH Zurich.
